- Electronics engineer with 20 years of engineering experience in the field of Hardware, Software, Automotive, and 15 years of experience as in-house lead patent counsel.
- Worked in Indian Space Research Organization as systems engineer. Designed and developed hardware and software for satellite control equipment’s, data acquisition systems etc.
- Worked in Bosch Germany for software development for Car Navigation Systems.
- Worked in Bosch Germany as Patent Counsel, under European patent attorneys for two years for drafting and prosecution of European patent applications.
- Worked as in-house patent counsel in Bosch India and Qualcomm India.
- Built IP organization of 25 members and took patent filings from 5+ per year to 200+ per year in previous organization
- Hands-on experience in all roles related to inventions and patents – engineer (developed ideas during project execution), inventor (submitted ideas as invention disclosures), and patent counsel (converting invention disclosures into patent applications, prosecuting them).
- Submitted many invention disclosures, few were filed as patent applications
- As patent counsel, during regular reviews of invention disclosures, provided many suggestions, improvements to the inventions which resulted in new features in the product/patent applications
